Senior Electric Distribution Engineer
Modernizing Utility Systems | Driving Impactful Infrastructure Projects

We’re looking for a Senior Electric Distribution Engineer who’s ready to step into a dynamic role supporting electric utility distribution projects that keep communities connected and power flowing. This is your opportunity to take ownership of diverse design projects—ranging from system modernization to renewable integration—while working alongside a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

In this role, you'll lead the engineering design of both overhead and underground distribution systems, applying industry standards, utility practices, and safety codes (NESC) to deliver innovative and reliable infrastructure solutions. Whether supporting clients directly or driving projects from concept through construction support, your expertise will help shape the power networks of tomorrow.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to manage project schedules, ensure QA/QC compliance, and drive on-time delivery across multiple active projects.
  • Collaborate with vendors to review equipment specifications and help develop construction standards and design criteria.
  • Provide construction planning and support, ensuring designs are executable and aligned with field realities.
  • Evaluate designs for regulatory and planning compliance, identifying opportunities for improvement or innovation.
  • Take initiative to support evolving client needs and business priorities.
