**Job Title: Commercial Electrical Foreman**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead and oversee our commercial electrical projects. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing electrical crews, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise, direct, and coordinate the activities of electrical workers and subcontractors on commercial projects.
- Plan and lay out projects, including manpower, equipment, and material needs.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to maintain quality control and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members to foster development and maintain high performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues and challenges that arise on site.
- Maintain records of work progress, changes, and any issues encountered.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role in the commercial construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Certification as a journeyman or master electrician preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
