Join Our Team as a Team Van Truckload Driver

Average Pay: $1,340-$1,630 weekly

Home Time: Every other week

Experience: Open to all CDL holders

Overview:

  • Drive dry van trailers with 95% no-touch freight.
  • Operate within all 48 states.
  • Bring your pet along with our Team Pet Policy.

Compensation & Bonuses:

  • Earn mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty, but not driving.
  • Receive weekly paychecks.
  • Enjoy weekly performance bonuses.
  • Up to $8,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, paid over 12 months.
  • Up to $4,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers, also paid over 12 months.
  • Paid orientation sessions.
  • Paid time off after 6 months and 6 days of holiday pay annually.
  • Eligible for an annual bonus of up to 2% of gross pay.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Applicants should be located within 110 miles of Kansas City, KS.
