Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members

- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

- Assist with activities of daily living and support residents' comfort and well-being

- Document care provided and maintain accurate medical records

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and current LPN license in the state of Florida

- Prior experience in senior care or long-term care preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility in scheduling, with availability for part-time and/or PRN shifts

- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional resident care
