Job Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join us in Arlington, Texas. For success in this role, candidates will need:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the casual restaurant industry.
  • Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with POS systems.
  • Current alcohol and food certifications as per state requirements.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in team leadership and conflict resolution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including strong verbal and written abilities.
  • Physical stamina to meet the demands of a busy restaurant environment.
Job Responsibilities

As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager in Arlington, Texas, your responsibilities will include:
  • Oversee front-of-house restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
