As a Team Leader, you will inspire and lead your fellow team members with energetic enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming guests into our stores.
  • Create delightful experiences by preparing high-quality food and beverages according to customer preferences, swiftly and safely.
  • Guide and mentor your team members to prioritize tasks and excel in their roles.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are well-organized, merchandised, and readily available.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask, perform repetitive bending, standing, and reaching, with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds and assistance in lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Must be at least 18 years old (certain tasks in Virginia require Supervisors to be 21 or older).
