About The Position
Job Title: Cath Lab Technician Profession: Cath Lab Tech Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10 Hour Days Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Rad Tech experience License: Current State of Maryland License through Maryland Board of Physicians Certifications: ARRT, BLS Must-Have: ARRT certification Current State of Maryland License BLS Certification Experience in EPIC Willingness to float if needed Description: General job duties include performing General Diagnostic Radiography in the Cath Lab. Equipment utilized in the department includes Digital Radiography, Digital Portables, and EPIC HIM with McKesson PACS. The position requires a seasoned Rad Technologist with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Weekends may be required with some on-call duties. 10-hour shifts are standard, with a possibility of 8-hour shifts. The department utilizes an orientation checklist for training. Dress code consists of olive green scrubs or black pants with olive scrub tops.
