Lead Business Analyst

Security Team.

The Lead BA will interact with all members of the project team including architects, system analysts, project managers, developers, quality control leadership and S&S Senior Leadership.

The Lead BA will be expected to:

  • Understand the business needs of Safety, Corporate Security and Police (PD)
  • Develop strategies to extract functional business requirements from business units
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions/meetings with functional business subject matter experts
  • Document all business, functional, and technical requirements for S&S project teams; this is inclusive but limited to Requirements Specification, Use Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
  • Develop detailed process documentation documenting current and future state business and technical processes
  • Become proficient with BA-related PMLP delivery documentation
  • Participate in weekly meetings with project and S&S teams
  • Provide functional testing surge support with development teams as needed or required
