Job Description
- Manage and oversee all phases of commercial ground-up construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor site progress and enforce safety regulations and quality standards.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Solve on-site challenges efficiently to maintain project timelines.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders throughout the construction process.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to upper management.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations in Charlotte.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent- Commercial Ground up should have:
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Proven success managing ground-up projects with budgets of $20M+
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and scheduling
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Competitive salary ranging from 110,000 to 140,000
