As a Lube Technician, you'll be the heart of our operation, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a perfectly serviced vehicle. Your key responsibilities include:
- Performing oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs with speed and precision.
- Washing windshields, checking tire pressure, and ensuring every vehicle is in top shape.
- Engaging with customers to recommend the best oil and services for their needs.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Assisting with opening/closing procedures and promoting our brand with pride.
- Occasionally holding signs to attract customers and bring energy to the shop
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure.
- Team player with a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
You'll work in a dynamic shop environment with exposure to hot/cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes. It's a hands-on role that keeps you moving and engaged
Physical Demands
- Comfort standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Multitasking, bending/reaching, repetitive & fast-paced movement
