About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and curious Content Marketing Specialist to help us create high-quality, scalable content that supports marketing, sales, product, and brand initiatives. You'll work across multiple content formatsfrom blog posts and case studies to AI-generated assets and email campaignswhile helping refine our workflows, tools, and templates.

• Plan, research, write, and launch content across multiple formats: blog posts, case studies, emails, enablement materials, event collateral, ad copy, and more.
• Rapidly prototype and refine prompts for generative AI tools to support content creation.
• Edit and enhance both human- and AI-written content for clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Build and maintain modular content systems: templates, reusable blocks, and playbooks.
• Support content workflow improvements, automation, and publishing pipelines.
• Manage metadata, tagging, and taxonomy to enable personalization and reuse.
• Coordinate the content calendar, feedback loops, and deadlines across teams.
• Apply SEO best practices: keyword research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
• Track and analyze content performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on content trends, marketing automation, and AI toolsand recommend opportunities to experiment and evolve.

• 13 years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or a related role.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and tone.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
• Enthusiasm for generative AI tools and a willingness to experiment and learn.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently with clear direction.
• A growth mindset and a love for improving content quality and processes.

• Develop your skills at the intersection of marketing, technology, and storytelling.
• Make a direct impact on how we communicate with prospects, customers, and internal teams.
