Highlights: - da Vinci Xi Robot Available but Not Required - Hospital Employed with Autonomy & Growth - Rebuilding a once Robust Urology Service Line - Busy Day 1 with Full-day Surgery Blocks - Good Patient Panel & Payor Mix - Dedicated Cystoscopy Room - Top-tier Surgical Team & RNP in Clinic - Board Certified or Eligible Required - Live in Knoxville or the Suburbs
Comp Plan - $550,000+ Base Salary PLUS Production & NO CAP - Up to $90,000 Commencement, Relocation, Loan & Quality Bonus - Additional $15,000 income for Mid-level Over-sight - Additional $5,000 CME & Licensure - 1:3 Call AND Paid for Additional Call (if desired) - Resident Stipend Available - Full Benefits, Retirement, Malpractice & Tail - No State Income Tax & Low Property taxes
