Mid10 is the residential remodeling division of Exterior Wholesale Supply / VP Supply Corp, a trusted name in building materials and construction services across the Southeast. With the goal of full-service home improvement, Mid10 offers everything from roofing and siding to windows, kitchens, baths, and closets. Were hiring a Project Manager to help coordinate residential construction projects from sale to completion ensuring crews, materials, and homeowners are all on the same page and jobs run smoothly. Youll be the go-to person on the ground, supporting everything from scheduling to issue resolution.
This is a great opportunity for someone organized and personable who wants to build a long-term career in the construction or home improvement industry. No formal project management experience required.
What Youll Do- Oversee multiple residential projects at a time, visiting each job site at least once daily
- Support subcontractor crews and answer questions on-site as needed
- Communicate updates and next steps with homeowners in a clear and professional manner
- Coordinate material orders and deliveries with the warehouse and office team
- Track project progress and timelines to keep jobs on schedule and within scope
- Flag issues early and work with your team to solve problems quickly
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience from start to finish
- Generally, Monday through Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
- Occasional weekend work may arise if urgent issues occur during active jobs
- This position reports directly to the Outside Sales Rep and will work closely with our warehouse and office teams
- Are organized, punctual, and follow through on commitments
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, crews, and teammates
- Are calm and professional when addressing challenges or customer concerns
- Think on your feet and adapt quickly when plans change
- Want to grow in the home improvement or construction industry
- Take pride in delivering a great experience and great results
- Must be local to the La Vergne/Nashville area
- Valid drivers license requiredSome experience in construction, customer service, or scheduling preferred (but not required)
- Must be comfortable driving to job sites and working hands-on with crews and homeowners
