Ford Meter Box is seeking a Business Analyst to perform system operations at its Wabash, Indiana facility. The responsibilities include:
- Performing detailed business analysis to document issues and define opportunities and solutions.
- Maintaining system documentation.
- Acting as a liaison between IT and business users to assist with JDE issues.
- Assisting users with defining and documenting enhancement/modification requests.
- Defining and documenting customizations and modifications.
A computer-specific, four-year college degree is required, or three to four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of two years of experience with an ERP system is also required. Knowledge of JD Edwards ERP software is a plus.
