Sr. Project Manager, Business Applications

We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Consulting Senior Project Manager, Business Applications to join our team. This role is essential in driving the successful delivery of our technology services in the competitive tech industry.
Base Pay Range$70.00/hr - $80.00/hr
Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate multiple project initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee IS PMO's most complex projects, including healthcare processes, clinical and business applications, interfaces, and supporting technology infrastructure.
- Plan and execute projects; define and baseline scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Supervise and influence team members; provide direct oversight of contract/vendor labor when necessary.
- Perform project execution and closeout, course correct in flight projects, and develop project success metrics.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers, manage vendors, and ensure quality of deliverables.
Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Required Experience:
- Five years of IT Project Management experience leading information technology projects from initiation to closeout.
- Experience with all phases of project management across a variety of project types (construction, research, infrastructure, clinical applications, business applications).
- Experience with enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, change management, and complex implementations.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a centralized PMO environment or Big 4 consulting.
- Performance improvement experience in process/workflow modeling and root?cause analysis.
- Prior experience with applications such as Kronos, Lawson, McKesson, Cerner, IDX.
- Data integration, data warehousing, data analytics, dashboards, and business analyst knowledge.
