Roadshow Program Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Roadshow Program Manager to lead our national retail roadshow events, with a primary focus on Costco and Sam's Club. This role requires deep operational expertise, cross-functional leadership, and a strong understanding of supply chain logistics. You'll drive seamless execution from planning to post-event reportingensuring our brand is represented with excellence in every activation.

Roadshow Program Management
  • Lead strategic and operational planning for Costco and Sam's Club Roadshow events.
  • Own end-to-end event execution including inventory planning, logistics, site readiness, and post-event reporting.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Planning, Operations, and Production teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
Kitting & Fulfillment Oversight
  • Oversee kitting and fulfillment for roadshow kits to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure continuity and quality.
  • Optimize packaging, labeling, and distribution workflows in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Vendor & Partner Management
  • Manage third-party logistics (3PLs), kitting suppliers, and software vendors to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Establish KPIs and lead RFP processes to evaluate and onboard new vendors.
Team Leadership & Reporting
  • Lead a small team of analysts supporting reporting and project tracking.
  • Build and manage dashboards to provide operational visibility and transparency.
Cross-Functional & Executive Communication
  • Serve as the primary operations lead for roadshows, regularly updating internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Present status reports, escalate issues, and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
