**Title:**Accounting Clerk **Location: Bridgewater, NJ****Job Summary:** The Accounting Clerk is responsible for coordinating, verifying, and balancing revenues and receipts on a daily basis, while managing accounts receivable and payable functions at the property level. This role ensures accurate financial reporting and supports the General Manager and Corporate Director of Finance in all accounting operations. **Essential Functions and Duties:***Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.***Required Experience, Education, and Skills:** Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a hospitality setting.Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills for maintaining financial records and processing transactions.Good communication skills to interact with customers, management, and vendors.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
