Sr. Project Manager Berkeley Heights, NJ (Onsite)

Caliber Smart seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead technology projects within a large operating environment.

Job Description

Bachelors Degree or equivalent. PMP and/or CSM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Manage major application development projects with 5 to 7 years of progressive technology project management experience.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously (10 to 20 projects).
  • Deliver projects within budget and specified timeframes while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, prepare, conduct, participate in, and follow up on business meetings.
  • Identify project interdependencies and synergies, develop contingency plans, and implement action plans.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in direction, priorities, and a fast?paced dynamic environment.
  • Provide options and recommendations for resolving issues, mitigating risks, and resolving escalated items through critical thinking.
  • Use risk?management tools and techniques for assessing and controlling organizational exposure, assets, liabilities, reputation, and noncompliance.
  • Influence others and drive effective change by taking control of difficult situations and providing clear, concise direction to team members.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Agile Methodology.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
  • Experience in planning, risk management, and critical thinking.

Duration: 12 months. Employment Type: Full?time.
