Job summary:
We are seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to join the outpatient orthopedic practice in Carencro or Lafayette, Louisiana. Whether you are a new graduate eager to learn or an experienced therapist ready for leadership, we welcome you to become part of our compassionate, patient-centered team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' conditions, symptoms, and functional limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans and set short- and long-term goals
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore and enhance mobility
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Louisiana
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care
- Open to both new graduates and experienced clinicians
- New Graduates: 10-12 patients per day
- Experienced Therapists: 15-18 patients per day
