Your Responsibilities as a Home Care Aide
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients through empathetic companionship
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
  • Provide essential personal care services, including help with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence

Requirements
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, Home Health Aide Certification, or completion of a state-approved Home Care Course (40-hour)
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Willingness to work at least two shifts weekly with the same clients to ensure consistent care
  • Basic proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing); bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Fulfill all necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
