We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher / Scheduler with a background in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or medical services. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience working in fast-paced environments with high call volumes.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Dispatcher or Scheduler in Construction, Plumbing, HVAC, or Medical industries
2+ years of data entry experience with proven ability to multitask effectively
Experience creating service work orders and dispatching technicians
Comfortable working with Project Managers, Sales Managers, Field Technicians, Installers, clients, and vendors
Experience handling multiple phone lines, transferring calls, and managing high call volumes
Background in Commercial or Residential service environments
