In your role as Site Leader, you will be instrumental in supporting hardworking families and elementary-aged children during their out-of-school time, directly on school grounds. With a focus on collaboration with school administrators and engaging with students, you'll lead initiatives that inspire learning, encourage ambition, and foster resilience.

Building and sustaining vital relationships with children, families, and your team is integral to achieving success in this role. The most effective Site Leaders are engaged, enthusiastic, and eager to share their expertise.
As a Site Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring teachers to deliver unique and engaging classroom experiences while cultivating a team of passionate and dedicated professionals.
- Ensuring operational effectiveness at your site by maintaining licensing, safety, and educational standards.
- Partnering with parents in a shared commitment to providing the best care and education for their children.
- Building positive relationships with families, teachers, school leaders, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
- Driving recruitment and enrollment efforts to welcome new families and children into our programs.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of one year of teaching experience, demonstrating the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- A genuine love for children and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact every day.
- Capability to foster relationships with families and staff, creating a dynamic and playful learning environment.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and situations.
- Compliance with state-specific guidelines for this role.
- Physical ability to utilize a computer, lift at least 40 pounds, and engage in activities both indoors and outdoors. Must be able to assume low postures to maintain visual contact with children, and possess the ability to see and hear adequately for the safety of children.
- Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English to communicate effectively with children and their parents.
