Project Manager - Commercial / Design-Build Construction (North of Pittsburgh, PA)
A well-established design-build construction firm located just north of Pittsburgh is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing team. They deliver commercial, mission-critical, industrial, and institutional projects across Western Pennsylvania and beyond, combining in-house engineering and construction expertise to provide a seamless client experience. What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and field staff to ensure successful project delivery
- Review contracts, change orders, and progress billing
- Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met on every project
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects
- Background in design-build, general contracting, or construction management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar project management software
- Ability to lead teams with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach
