Modivcare is seeking a skilled Lead Digital Product Manager to enhance our team. This role is critical in shaping the strategy, execution, and ongoing enhancement of digital products that provide tangible benefits to our users and the business. You'll manage the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to launch and beyond—collaborating with engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams. The position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and top-notch product management skills.

This Role Offers You the Chance to:
  • Lead complex, cross-functional product initiatives, collaborating with business, operations, technology, and customer experience teams.
  • Manage organizational change efforts and unite stakeholders around shared product transformation objectives.
  • Oversee the financial dimensions of the product, including budgeting, pricing strategies, gross margin, and profitability modeling.
  • Drive cost optimization through platform consolidation, automation, and process efficiency improvements.
  • Evaluate third-party vendors, manage contracts, and ensure product investments align with return on investment (ROI).
  • Maintain a well-organized product backlog; define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product; analyze performance trends and foster continuous improvement.
  • Plan product releases, coordinating with development, quality assurance, and DevOps for smooth delivery.
  • Unify fragmented digital journeys by pinpointing friction points and addressing gaps through research, design, and iterative releases.
  • Co-lead discovery sessions with UX and analytics teams.
  • Translate product vision into actionable milestones, aligning roadmaps with quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine product strategies.
  • Identify and validate customer problems through interviews, journey mapping, and design sprints.
  • Develop and manage documentation such as Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), release notes, and FAQs.
  • Provide regular product updates and demonstrations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Mentor Product Owners and promote outcome-driven practices throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams.
  • Prioritize and triage bugs and feedback; leverage lessons from setbacks to iterate processes.
  • Occasionally travel for business may be required.
We Are Looking for Candidates With:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least six (6) years of product management experience in a digital-first environment.
  • A solid understanding of APIs, SDKs, platforms, and the ability to partner effectively with engineering teams.
  • A successful track record of leading customer-facing or platform product initiatives from inception to launch.
  • Evident success in delivering measurable business outcomes through product innovation and optimization.
  • Experience enhancing user experience across various channels is preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth organizations with dynamic, cross-functional teams.
  • Background in healthcare or other regulated, compliance-focused sectors (e.g., HIPAA/PHI) is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with mobile apps or machine learning technologies is a plus.
  • Solid backlog management and sprint execution skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha, GitLab, or similar product management software.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and software release processes.
  • A working knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, and modern software development practices.
  • Capability to partner with engineering on delivery planning and scope management.
  • Experience with deployment metrics and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Competence in analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Google Analytics.
  • Adeptness in product P&L, unit economics, pricing, and revenue strategies.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, capable of linking product features to business impact and customer value.
  • An understanding of code reading and technical documentation (e.g., REST APIs, Python, SQL).
  • A familiarity with current infrastructure technologies: AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.
  • A grasp of system integration and scalable platform architecture.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and inspire across functions.
  • A comfort level in fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environments.

Salary: $133,300 - $179,900

Bonus eligibility is based on individual and company performance.
