We need a sharp Business Operations Manager to be the expert, working directly with VPs and SVPs to turn data into smart decisions. This role is high-impact, high-visibility, and perfect for someone who loves optimizing processes and owning the financial execution.

Responsibilities
Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives across Planning, Execution, and Reporting
• Diagram and evaluate existing budget, procurement, and reporting processes
• Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams (internal BizOps, external Finance/HR)
• Develop metrics and KPIs for process measurement and future improvement opportunities
• Collect data to identify root causes of budget variances or process gaps
• Measure performance against requirements and align improvements to shortfalls
• Provide consultation on re-engineering techniques to improve speed, accuracy, and quality
• Survey and analyze best practices for budget planning, execution, and reporting
• Communicate team progress and perform cost/benefit analyses
• Use Cisco AI tools to improve the processes and outcomes
