Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Location: Makakilo, HI
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Support clients across Hawaii through video-based therapy. You'll help people navigate stress, mood concerns, and life changes while working from your own space.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct telehealth assessments and gather clinical history
  • Provide regular therapy sessions through secure video
  • Collaborate with clients on treatment goals and strategies
  • Maintain thorough documentation in the EMR
  • Participate in remote clinical discussions and trainings
  • Offer suggestions that help refine virtual care and processes
Requirements
  • Active Hawaii license: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field
  • Clinical experience in individual therapy
  • Comfortable using digital tools for sessions and records
