Dignity Health Medical Group - Merced , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking an experienced and team-oriented Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy Orthopedics Program in Merced, California.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Monday - Friday schedule with NO weekend or night call

  • Opportunity to assist surgically in a broad range of Orthopedic surgeries (Inpatient AND Outpatient OR)

  • Blend of clinic-based patient care and surgical first assist responsibilities

  • Participate in pre- and post-operative care and follow-up visits

  • Collaborative, team-based environment with strong mentorship and support

  • Affiliation with Mercy Medical Center, Merced - a proud recipient of the Joint Commission Advanced Certification for Total Hip and Knee Replacement

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive two-year salary guarantee with excellent earning potential through productivity-based incentives

  • Annual Salary: $165,000.00

Job Requirements

  • Two (2) years of Orthopedic Surgery experience required

  • A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California

  • Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)

  • Completion of state mandated educational courses
