Financial Analyst The Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council (PHC4), a state council that collects, analyzes, and reports health care data, is seeking to fill a Financial Analyst position in its Harrisburg office. The Financial Analyst position requires considerable experience using Microsoft Office and financial analysis to work hands-on with reporting systems to collect and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency producing key recurring deliverables focused on health care finances. Strong technical proficiency, excellent organizational and customer service skills are essential for this position to communicate with external stakeholders. This position requires considerable knowledge and/or experience in accounting, bookkeeping or business administration. Knowledge of health care financial systems, SAS, and experience with technical reporting is a plus. Experience or course work in accounting, statistics or data analysis is required, and an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
