Position: Fit Specialist

Do you have a passion for motorcycles and a drive to help others find their perfect ride? Harley-Davidson of Yuba City is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Fit Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll guide customers through the motorcycle selection process, ensuring they find the bike that fits their needs, style, and experience level.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not required.
  • A strong passion for motorcycles, powersports, or the Harley-Davidson brand.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to engage with customers, ask the right questions, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Positive attitude, energy, and a team-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and stay up to date with the latest Harley-Davidson models and products.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and be eligible for insurance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and riding style.
  • Help customers select the perfect motorcycle and accessories, ensuring a great fit and ride.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional buying experience.
  • Stay knowledgeable about Harley-Davidson products, promotions, and financing options.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and provide top-notch customer service.
