Tax Manager - Hybrid | Path to Tax Director | $120K-$175K + Bonus

Are you a seasoned tax professional looking to step into a leadership role with future growth to Tax Director? Join a reputable and stable CPA firm that values your expertise and gives you room to grow.

About the Role:
This firm is seeking a Tax Manager to lead their tax department. You'll work with high-net-worth individuals, small businesses, and partnerships, bringing both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset.

Requirements:
  • CPA or EA required
  • Extensive public accounting / tax experience required
    • Strong technical command of individual, partnership, and corporate tax
  • Prior leadership in a tax department preferred
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with junior and senior staff members
  • Excellent client service and advisory skills
