Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Domino's Pizza in Maryland Heights, United States, as a Customer Service Representative We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to our fast-paced environment.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
- Take phone and in-person orders accurately and promptly
- Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to company standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
- Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Effective multitasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not required)
