Role: Civil Engineer - Land Development
Location: Woburn, MA
Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 DOE (full suite of benefits, annual bonus, hybrid work schedule)

POSITION SUMMARY: We are on the hunt for a Civil Engineer who has a passion for land development and site planning. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the planning, design, and implementation of our projects from concept through completion. If this sounds like you, please read on

DUTIES AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare detailed designs, plans, specifications, and reports using Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and other softwares
• Coordinate with Engineers and Project Managers to develop designs
• Coordinate with Surveyors, Consultants, and others to obtain data and input for design development
• Address project requirements, resolve technical issues, and obtain approvals and permits
• Attend site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications
• Assist in the preparation of estimates, schedules, and permitting
• Perform other tasks as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:
• BS in Civil Engineering or similar field
• Must be willing to obtain a MA soil evaluators license
• 3+ year of relevant Civil Engineering experience
• Solid understanding of Civil Engineering principles and practices
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Microsoft office
• Prior experience with grading, drainage, stormwater management, erosion, sediment control, or others is a huge plus
