Interim CFO for an Automotive Sales and Rental Platform

Were looking for an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer who can secure debt or equity funding and has a proven track record of private equity or going public. As CFO, you will partner with the CEO to fine?tune financial strategy, optimize the companys financial position, and secure the least expensive growth capital.
Responsibilities- Drive the companys financial planning.
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for operations.
- Proven experience as CFO or track record of securitizing private or public funding.
- In?depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or related field; MSc/MBA not mandatory but recommended.
