Our client, a leader in manufacturing solutions for telecommunications, renewable energy, transportation, defense, and other applications, is seeking a Quality Supervisor to join their team. As a Quality Supervisor, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting the production and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Supervisor

Location: North Charleston, SC

Pay Range: $70000 - $75000

Shift:

What's the Job?

  • Oversee quality employees and inspection processes to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Assist in overseeing and assigning quality duties to team members
  • Support training of new hires and ongoing development of staff
  • Collaborate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency
What's Needed?
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to solve problems effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including email and collaboration tools
  • Ability to read and interpret 2D prints and work instructions
  • Organized approach to task management and delegation
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, and Outlook
