Bilingual (English & Spanish) — must conduct therapy sessions in Spanish.

Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern or Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).

2+ years of experience with adolescents in a treatment setting (IOP/PHP preferred).

Must pass a Level 2 background check and drug test.
We're seeking a compassionate, bilingual therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents in our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and deeply impactful — guiding teens and families toward meaningful healing and growth.
What You'll Do-
Conduct therapy sessions in Spanish and English for assigned caseload.

Complete assessments, treatment plans, and documentation.

Facilitate daily groups and participate in team treatment meetings.

Uphold compliance with DCF and Joint Commission standards.

Skilled in CBT, DBT, MI , and family systems work.

Confident leading groups and engaging parents.
