Production Specialist

Pay Range: $15- $17/hr
Hours: 8-5 M-F
Job Responsibilities:
- Dispense fragrances/liquids into fill bottles and perform manual filling and nozzle assembly installation on small bottles.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of filling/capping, and adherence to specifications.
- Maintains accurate production records, including batch sheets, ingredient usage, measures, and specifications.
- Follows safety, sanitation, and environmental regulations; complies with GMP, ISO, and company quality standards.
- Cleans and sanitizes equipment, tanks, and production areas as required.
- Participates in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste; provides input on optimizing production.
- Work closely with production leads to ensure accurate product execution.
- Ability to operate low-level functions in an ERP (enterprise resource planning) system to execute assigned production orders.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- One (1) year of experience in manufacturing or chemical production.
- Experience in fragrance, cosmetics, or food industry preferred.
- Familiarity with mixing, or blending operations in a production setting.
- Understanding of raw materials and safe handling practices.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, or similar regulatory environments is a big plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Very basic math for batching and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check
