In this role, you will maintain our Device Lab Infrastructure crucial for QA Automation, ensuring device availability and system upgrades while driving technical excellence across development phases. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to integrate quality throughout our development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Ensure maximum device availability in Device Labs and troubleshoot networking issues. Enhance monitoring for Device Lab Infrastructure and collaborate across teams for holistic improvements. Enforce appropriate SLAs within lab spaces, streamline device automation start-up times, and maintain up-to-date OS upgrades and permissions. Organize physical lab setups for efficient maintenance and create comprehensive documentation for system use and maintenance. Investigate and resolve system issues proactively, keeping up with tech trends to solve complex problems. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux, MacOS, and Windows operating systems. Strong networking skills with the ability to troubleshoot network performance issues. Working knowledge of containerization and CI/CD tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Spinnaker. Domain Experience: Prior experience in device automation roles (SDET, Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer) is required. Experience in an entertainment or technology domain, working with Device Lab Infrastructures is preferred.
