• Engage in independent practice.
• Lead a comprehensive continuum of quality-based care as part of an interdisciplinary team.

• Consult with patients to address their health concerns and conduct specialized tests for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Optum NY/NJ was established in 2022 by uniting Riverside Medical Group, CareMount Medical, and ProHealth Care. Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or a New York application in process.
• Fellowship trained, Board Certified, or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Possess an active and unrestricted DEA License or the ability to obtain it prior to your start date.

The salary range for this role is $208,000 to $352,000 per year. This range represents the total cash compensation at target, which may vary based on experience and performance metrics. Various factors influence pay, including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group adheres to minimum wage laws as applicable.
