Job Title: Vendor Management Analyst (Nearshore)

Duration: Through 2025 with 1 year extension after that

Minimum Requirements:

Education - Bachelor's Degree required.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience managing contract life cycles. Experience managing large complex vendors or projects in one or more IT categories, including hardware, software, managed services and telecom.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of procurement and vendor management practices
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to be applied in a working environment with vendors across the entire contract cycle.
  • Knowledge of IT concepts and systems
  • Strong dispute resolution and mediation skills to handle issue escalation
  • Use analytical approach to problem solving, with a focus on managing tasks with appropriate urgency in a results-oriented environment
  • Ability to work across a complex organization to create needed alignment and harness relationships to collaborate with business units to influence decisions and drive strategy
  • Knowledge of IT concepts and systems
