Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers seeking insurance and financial solutions. Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Establishing rapport with customers and understanding their unique insurance needs.
  2. Educating customers on available insurance products and services.
  3. Assisting customers in selecting appropriate insurance coverage to meet their requirements.
  4. Cross-selling and upselling State Farm products to maximize customer benefits.
  5. Processing policy changes, payments, and claims efficiently.
  6. Contributing to the growth and success of the agency through sales and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles preferred
  2. A strong passion for helping others and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
  3. Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  6. State insurance licenses (or the willingness to obtain them) is a plus.
  7. Bilingual Spanish

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Philadelphia, PA and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
