The Opportunity
The Senior Process Engineer is essential in empowering member experience through intelligent observation and documentation. You will play a key role in precisely defining and visualizing end-to-end business processes from our members' perspectives. This includes capturing current-state workflows, ensuring complete traceability across applications and APIs, and facilitating change and release activities.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with both business and technology teams to assess upstream and downstream impacts on member experiences. You will define critical milestones and develop documentation that supports observability, metric mapping, and future integration possibilities.
