Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, develop, and support HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations. This role is essential for configuring and managing reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and related HCM modules. If you are passionate about building and customizing data models, dashboards, and layout templates to meet business reporting requirements, we would love to hear from you.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Experience in developing custom reports using BI Publisher, including building complex data models and configuring layouts.
  • Proficiency in creating real-time dashboards and analytics with OTBI using subject areas like Recruiting, Core HR, and Workforce.
  • Strong understanding of designing, scheduling, and monitoring HCM Extracts for HR/recruiting data exchange.
  • Ability to build, debug, and maintain Fast Formulas.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HDL file structures, business objects, and troubleshooting errors.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, OIC integrations, and secure data exchange frameworks.
