Co-Op, Digital Operations Specialist

The Co-Op, Digital Operations Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and engaging digital experience across various customer touchpoints, including websites, mobile applications, online procurement, digital in-store, order management, and fulfillment. In this pivotal business role, you will serve as a key liaison between the technologies that enhance our customer experience and the teams dedicated to delivering innovative digital products and driving business success through these platforms.

You will collaborate closely with IT Development Operations, Digital Product Management, Digital Merchandising, Digital Content Management, Digital Analytics, and Data Enrichment teams to support omni-channel initiatives in the market and help pilot and roll out new digital products. Additionally, you will aid in establishing processes, procedures, and KPIs to improve operational efficiencies within The Global Architectural Marketing Group.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day business operations and incident management of the digital experience across websites, mobile applications, online procurement, and in-store digital tools. This includes content management, personalization, customer identity/login, e-commerce, pricing, promotions, order management, fraud monitoring, and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Retail Store Operations to escalate, triage, and resolve issues while also identifying process improvements.
• Facilitate online access for Paint Stores Group national customers, provide demonstrations of digital tools upon request, and efficiently intake and resolve issues raised by the sales team and customers.
• Work alongside Digital Marketing and IT partners to assess and prioritize defects logged during release testing based on business needs.
• Assist in compiling weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of key E-Business Operations metrics for various Marketing and IT stakeholders.
• Contribute to content curation for weekly E-Business Operations updates and quarterly presentations for the Global Architectural Marketing E-Business team.
• Support leadership in preparing for digital demos targeting customers and district-level stakeholders of the Paint Stores Group.

EDUCATION:

Required:

• Minimum High School education or equivalent.
• Availability for a long-term co-op (9-12 months).
• Able to work approximately 37.5 hours per week during summer and approximately 20 hours per week during the academic year.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
