Coating Operator

Position - Coating Operator

Job Location - New Berlin, WI

Starting Date - Immediate

Employment Term - Direct Hire

Employment Type - Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) - 1st Shift (6:00am - 3:30pm)

Starting Pay - Depends on Experience, $18-$22 per hour

Benefits - Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education - High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience - At least 1 year of experience

Responsibilities

- Operate one or more PVD coating machines and ensure product is at company standards

-Use machine shop practices and knowledge and apply it to the position

-Keep coating machinery and department in good repair and clean

-Follow directions and use communication skills with peers/managers

-Complete other duties as necessary

Qualifications

-HS Diploma/GED required

-1+ years of CNC operation experience and mechanical aptitude required

-Exceptional attention to detail and communication

-Positive attitude and willingness to learn is required
