Join our team as a Behavior Technician, where you'll provide essential educational and behavioral support to children and adults. You'll work closely with school professionals and behavioral specialists to help clients achieve meaningful learning and behavioral goals.
Key Responsibilities
-
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
-
Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
-
Collect and record data on client progress.
-
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency and success.
Minimum Requirements
-
High School diploma or equivalent (required).
-
Two (2) years of pediatric experience (preferred).
-
Current CPR certification (if applicable).
-
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable).
-
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
-
Must be at least 18 years of age.
