Our client is seeking a full-time Tax Manager to join their growing tax firm in Wakefield, MA. This position offers a competitive salary of up to $120k/year, a hybrid work setup (3 days in office, 2 days at home), and a robust benefits package. The successful candidate will oversee tax engagements, ensure compliance with professional guidelines, engage directly with clients, and provide guidance and supervision to the team. Responsibilities also include managing production goals and budgets. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, 8+ years of tax accounting experience, CPA certification, and proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and ProSystem fx Tax.
