We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Client Par tner to lead and expand the Media & Entertainment practice in Los Angeles and Southern California. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for a proven sales hunter and strategic advisor with deep relationships across major Media & Entertainment brands such as Netflix, Disney, Fox, Warner Bros., and NBC Universal. You will drive large-scale managed services growth and strengthen the company's position as a trusted partner in this dynamic vertical.
Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a player-coach responsible for shaping sales strategy and driving account growth across key Media & Entertainment clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior IT, business, and C-suite leaders-shifting conversations from tactical needs to strategic, outcomes-driven solutions.
  • Build and execute bold account strategies aligned with client business, financial, and technology objectives.
  • Own your pipeline: identify opportunities, lead complex enterprise sales cycles, and consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead high-value client engagements by uncovering insights around budgets, buying processes, decision criteria, and competitive landscapes.
  • Partner closely with internal teams-Service Delivery, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Executive Leadership-to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Establish long-term executive sponsorship, negotiate contracts, and develop multi-year account plans across several service lines and geographies.
  • Represent the organization with executive presence, strong communication skills, and deep industry knowledge at all organizational levels.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of successful enterprise sales and client management experience within a global technology or managed services organization.
  • Minimum 5 years working directly with Media & Entertainment clients in Los Angeles/Southern California.
  • Proven success managing complex enterprise sales cycles and closing large, high-profile deals with companies such as Netflix, Disney, Fox, Warner Bros., NBC Universal, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of managed IT services, including:
    • Service Desk and Asset Lifecycle Management
    • Cloud & Infrastructure Services
    • AI & Automation
    • Application Services
    • Salesforce & ServiceNow
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities with the skill to identify key influencers, decision-makers, and budget owners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, agility, and creating impact in a competitive market.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across distributed, cross-functional, hybrid teams.
  • Strong strategic planning, organizational, and consultative selling skills; comfortable working with data-driven sales methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
