In this dynamic role, you will take charge of in-store merchandising, helping retailers meet the needs of shoppers effectively. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging displays, resetting shelves with seasonal product rotations, and monitoring inventory to maximize sales. About You:

  • You are comfortable and enthusiastic when interacting with customers and management
  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You can perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • You have reliable transportation to and from the work location
  • You have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • You possess experience in leading and training a team
  • You can effectively use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
  • You demonstrate outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
  • You are a motivated self-starter with a proactive attitude toward achieving results
  • You can work independently while also fostering teamwork
  • You prioritize safety in all job duties within a retail environment
