Position Summary
To work as a student employee, you must be enrolled inat least 6 credit hours at UNM. Swim instructors must be able to swim 25 yardsof freestyle, breaststroke, and backstroke competently. The studentwill provide demonstrations of learning to swim skills as well asconcise descriptions and constructive feedback to their students, inlanguage appropriate for the age of the student. Instructors mustprioritize the safety of their student(s) at all times

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with swim team or lifeguard ispreferred. Competency with butterfly, flip turns, open turns, and divingentrances is preferred.
