If you are interested in this Hybrid Bilingual Behavioral Case Manager position, please contact Alexis at 1586-422-1748 or awordlaw-conley@alinestaffing.com Hybrid Bilingual Behavioral Case Manager Looking for a Social Work Case Manager -No License Required, Hybrid Remote and in Field Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm, no weekends, no holidays Pay: $34.13 Travel in County Required: • Travel time is paid at the hourly wage • Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS rate • Must live in Tampa or immediate surrounding area Hybrid bilingual Behavioral Case Manager Job Duties: • Coordinates case management activities for Medicaid Long Term Care/Comprehensive Program enrollees. • Conducts comprehensive evaluation of Members using care management tools and information/data review • Coordinates and implements assigned care plan activities and monitors care plan progress • Conducts multidisciplinary review to achieve optimal outcomes Hybrid bilingual Behavioral Case Manager Requirements: • Case Management experience required • Bachelor’s Degree Required (Social Work or related field) • Must live in Hialeah, FL (33010, 33012, 33013, 33014, 33015, 33016, 33018).or immediate surrounding area • Will travel in the county up 50-75% of thee time Hybrid bilingual Behavioral Case Manager Preferred Qualifications: • Long Term Care experience preferred • Ability to multitask, prioritize and effectively adapt to a fast-paced changing environment • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Apply today with Alexis Thank you, Alexis Wordlaw-Conley Staffing Manager (586) 422-1748 Direct
